The Water Research and Technology Center is supervised by a General Directorof grade of a professor of higher education, the general secretariat of the center is also supervised by a secretary general graduated from the National School of Administration (ENA) ).

The Center recorded a remarkable development in 2014 in the number of agents of different grades and sectors to support the equivalence of human resources and to advance the quality of administrative and financial support.
